Crystal Smoothie's - By Sarah Jane - from my trip to Otzki Thailand

Few months ago my husband and I decided to go to a wakecamp since we are both into watersports. We searched few places and luckily found Otzkiwakecamp in Thailand. We haven't heard of it or got any recommendations, we found it by luck on the internet. The programs were really nice, we took the golden package, which was one week of wellness - yoga, massage, detox and daily wakeboarding/wakesurfing with coaching. that was exactly our ask !

We arrived there on the 25th of November, stunned by the serenity of the place and the lovely couple, Sarah and Deen who welcomed us and showed us our

"jungle house". It didn't take long until we fell in love with this magical place and the family that owns it. they have the cutest 3 kids, 2 boys 11 and 8 and 1 girl, 4 years old.

Our days were mainly around waking up without alarm, wakesurfing, breakfast, playing with the kids (I also baked cakes with them) , wakeboarding, lunch, massage, yoga, dinner and watching stars

This family - originally british, moved to thailand 10 years ago. Deen was a professional football player, he changed career and started coaching watersports in thailand. He found a perfect spot for him to settle with his family and start Otzki . Deen's way of coaching is through the subconscious, by building confidence and connecting with the waves and our surrounding.

Sarah , the one who is inspired me to write this post is specialized in sports nutrition and creating dietary plans for athletes. she runs retreats around the world , helping people by rejuvenating them mentally and physically. She graduated from the institute for integrative nutrition, where she learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques and hundreds of dietary theories, everything from Ayuverda, gluten free, paleo to raw, vegan and macrobiotics. The food and smoothies she made for us were absolutely incredible, she knows exactly what we need to eat to get the right amount of energy and stamina.

The "Organic Kids" - as Sarah calls them - are Zennen ; wakesurfer, in July he got the 2nd position in the world's wakesurf competition in Montpellier and Mu thai fighter. Kiasia , 4 years old, ballet dancer, loves barbies and has two cute baby dolls . Teagan is a wakeboarder, climber and always walking around with his 2 turtles.

Now... I'll go back to the original subject, the SMOOTHIES  ... the yummiest smoothies i had, could be because of the vibe, or because I knew their benefits, or simply because of the fresh and organic ingredients they are made with.
